01 | PROJECT DEFINITION AND STRATEGY

Goals and objectives are the foundation to success. We develop a project plan with measurable objectives, and a strategy to meet every objective on time and on budget.

02 | SITE AND BUILDING SELECTION

We assist you in the identification and evaluation of the site and building. We also provide real estate transaction technical support and due diligence support.

03 | PLANNING, DESIGN AND PROCUREMENT

At this stage, we select our design team, work on contract negotiations and contractor selection, as well as owner vendor selection. We also track and manage the master budget and schedule.

04 | CONSTRUCTION EXECUTION

We coordinate and oversee design consultants and the construction contractor, manage monthly billing review and approvals, and coordinate and integrate owner direct vendor’s services.

05 | FURNITURE, FIXTURE, EQUIPMENT AND IT COORDINATION

While we do field observation and quality control review, we also oversee FF&E/Technology infrastructure design consultants, installations, and contracts progress reporting and issue resolution.

06 | MOVE MANAGEMENT

We provide move contractor selection, in addition to contract negotiations and administration, mover coordination, as well as move contractor progress reporting and issue resolution.

07 | PROJECT CLOSEOUT

Wahooo! It’s time to celebrate. During this stage, we monitor project completion documentation, manage all contract close-out processes, and assemble the final billing process. Then we develop and issue the final project summary report.
